Categories we may collect

• Identifiers — name, email, phone, postal address (if you provide it)
• Commercial information — Bistro order or event details you provide by phone, email, or in person
• Internet / device activity — IP address, browser type, and request details processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the site. This site does not currently load advertising or analytics trackers
• Inferences — limited preferences (e.g. interest in coffee or Bistro events) from your interactions with us

Sources & purposes

From you (forms, phone, email, in person) and your device when you visit. We use this information to fulfill orders and inquiries, send newsletters you request, and operate and secure the site. Picnic Restaurant Group manages newsletter signups in a private Google Sheet with Google Apps Script. Each subscription records the property you signed up for; signing up for Therapie Bistro does not subscribe you to Mission Bay Beach Club updates.

Sale / sharing & partners

We do not sell personal information for money. If advertising or analytics cookies would count as “sharing” under CCPA/CPRA, they load only after you Accept all. Our service providers include Google for signup storage and processing, and our email and hosting providers. Maps and social media sites have their own policies when you follow their links.

Retention

We keep each category only as long as needed for the purpose collected, plus tax, accounting, legal, and dispute-resolution periods. Newsletter details are retained while you remain subscribed, with limited records retained as needed to honor opt-outs. Email hello@therapiebistro.com to unsubscribe from Bistro updates or request deletion. Order records follow our bookkeeping needs.

Your California rights

Know/access, delete, correct, opt out of sale/sharing, limit use of sensitive personal information (if applicable), and non-discrimination. Exercise rights: call (858) 201-7548 or email hello@therapiebistro.com. We may verify using details we already hold (e.g. email or phone on an order). Authorized agents may submit requests with signed permission; we may still confirm with you.

Minors & SMS

This site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16. We do not send marketing SMS from this site unless you separately opt in under applicable law.

Therapie Bistro is committed to digital accessibility. We aim to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA and improve this site over time.

Conformance status: Partially conformant — most of the site meets the standard; we continue to remediate gaps. Assessed by internal review (automated checks + manual keyboard testing), not a third-party audit. We have not completed an independent accessibility audit.

Third parties: Linked map and social media websites are outside our direct control. We prefer clean outbound links over embeds. Phone and in-person alternatives are always available.

Website, ordering & fees

Pickup orders are arranged by phone or at the counter. This website does not accept payments or complete event reservations. Menus, prices, and hours may change; please confirm when ordering.

Gift cards: Ask about gift cards in person or by phone. Ask our team about available gift cards and applicable terms and redemption rights.

Events at the Bistro: Subject to availability and written confirmation. Deposits or cancellation terms, if any, will be stated when we confirm your order.

Alcohol: Valid government-issued ID required. We may refuse service consistent with law.

Allergens
